DO NOT LET THIS MISERY TAKE YOUR CASE !! RUDE , DOESN’T CARE WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY , ABSOLUTELY NEVER FOLLOWS UP. All he cares about is the money, he talks to people like they are trash when all you do is ask questions. He won’t let you get a word in, he literally talks to you like your a piece of shht and then will hang up on you. The first phone call will be so nice and “caring” but good luck even getting him on the phone after that first call. I never had issues with his secretary anytime I called and this time she made sure he came to the phone , she gets 5 stars from me. I tried to leave a complaint with the BBB , I wasn’t surprised when they weren’t listed on there! HA , what a JOKE!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THIS MAN ! The ONLY reason I’m giving this miserable piece of a$$ 1 star is because it you had to leave a star to leave a review. ABSOLUTE WORSE, RUDE, NONHELPFUL “PUBLIC SERVANT” I EVER DEALT WITH! I went to school (09/2022) on the west coast and had to sign for an affidavit because I wouldn’t be here for my court dates. I got a call from him telling me he’d take care of everything then later received mail from the dmv that my suspensions were lifted. Assuming I’m good to go get my license back I’m told by the dmv in person when I return from school (01/2023) none of my tickets were dealt with. So I contacted the DA for one of my tickets in January of this year (2024) but in the same day I called Mr. StickUpHisA$$ & left a message with his clerk to have him call me . Here it is today (03/2024) I called and stated I’ve been waiting 3 months for a call back and he gets on the phone with the biggest attitude as if me & him have argued about my tickets or we’ve had bad blood when really I just wanted to know what had happened so I know what I’m up against. The way he was talking to me you would’ve thought we had history or we had just broken up from a bad relationship. I only spoke with this guy 1 time 2 years ago, maybe he has me mistaken with someone else but that’s not how you run a business or even talk to people.

Very kind, very professional. Ted did an excellent job handling my traffic matters in multiple towns. He stayed on top of everything and went above and beyond!

Ms. Porter last contact our office November 2022 and she was finally "Scofflawed" May 2023 after repeated letters to her to contact. Do not know who she called, but not me... she was last known to have multiple suspensions. Her post is total slander. BTW- if you really moved away, you are supposed to inform the court, DMV and your lawyer.

This joke of a man will ignore you through the entirety of your case. He’s literally just a public servant to pick up checks for his miserable life it would seem. His secretary is impossibly rude to handle if she’s even around anymore. Considering we moved to Buffalo five years ago. I’ve had multiple people be forced to use this waste of space as an attorney and had the same complaint or response to him as I am here. If you want even a slim chance of professionalism and/or in general help with your case... Avoid this man like the plague. I have others that plan on leaving their own reviews regarding this piece of ... you know the rest.
