Daniel Thering is a thief! I hired him to collect from one of our customer under a sworn account. he got a flat payment plus percentage of what he can collect. after he received the check from me he didn't do a thing to file the law suit as promised! I am filing a grievance with the state bar on him and hofully he will get reprimanded or suspend his license because he is a scammer.
