Thomas C. Lonn, Attorney

Poor service and poor communication. Lonn did not show up for the court hearing in which he entered a not guilty plea for a speeding ticket. I was not able to speak with him a single time. Everything leading up to the hearing was done through his assistant, Ashley, mostly by email. I confirmed with her the day before that he would be there for my son's hearing at 8:30 am. I called the office since he was a no-show. No answer. I emailed at 8:32. No reply. I finally reached her by phone the next day and was told that he showed up at 8:47 because he was running late. No call, no text. Since he did not show up I was given the choice of rescheduling or admitting guilt and paying the ticket. Since he was not there to advise me, I paid the ticket. I was not inclined to reschedule with him since he didn't show up and had no communication with me. After the fact, they didn't call or email to apologize. Horrible!

Mr. Lonn is an amazing attorney and I was lucky to have had him recommended.

Bamboozled! I was told I could file a chapter 7 Thomas collected my money then told me he can only file a chapter 13 which is not what was promised! Followed by he doesn’t give refunds. So imagine scrapping up money to file only to be bamboozled. Pray someone sues him for every penny! This was a while ago so it is heartbreaking to see he’s still in business up to his same old tricks.

I was forced to hire Mr. Lonn to take care of some legal issues by my father, who is a Rotary friend of Mr. Lonn's). I gave him $2,500 for work that he did not complete. In fact, I completed the majority of the work on my own time within an hour time period. Due to some additional legal issues in January of 2021, I contacted Mr. Lonn for the supporting documentation that I had given him for his prior "work." Mr. Lonn said he had moved offices, and did not have my records. This was untruthful. I complained to the Ohio Bar, and Mr. Lonn lied and slandered my character to the investigation team. Do not hire him. He is untruthful and lazy.

horrible service. Thomas Lonn is a crook he took my money assuring me that I would be able to file chapter 7 and he or his team did not get back with me until 2 weeks later to tell me I didn't qualify for chapter 7 but instead chapter 13. I ask for a refund because I did not want to file chapter 13 at that time and he told me he does not give refunds. Stay away from this place he was very dishonest with me.
