I Was a liason for my mother with this attorney because my mother was hospitalized and couldn't leave. So I met with Attorney Shaver. She was to arrange a meet with my mother and was so slow to respond and meet with my mother that my mother passed away before the power of attorney was filed.afterwards I get a condolences letter from attorney shaver and a bill for the power of attorney that was never filed. When questioned about it,I was told it's the fee for printing it out yet it was never notorized or filed with the state or legally signed by anyone. And the bill which was for my mother the client got changed to my name so she could pursure me for payments. I of course paid out of fear of her attacking me legally since when someone with this much power takes advantage of people you don't know what else is next. I didn't want any issues So i reluctantly paid her fees.i feel I was taken advantage of and should be reimbursed.

There is a clear reason why this firm is only rated 3.5 stars Head the warnings from others reviews, save yourself the trouble..

Have used their services for few cases in 2013-2015. Very professional and knowledgeable team. Also referred them a client in 2018. They were also very happy with services. Greg Crisman is very humble, soft spoken knowledgeable attorney.

Claims to work for wishes of deceased, but works for Executor of Estate.

Just called to ask questions told me to hire them ... Then hung up on me with out any regard. Very rude would not recommend!
