I did not hire this attorney, however, I am going through a contentious estate case in Muncie, IN. I was shopping around for legal help to find out what my options were. I live in another state, so that is a challenging situation to begin with. I randomly called Mr. Margolis, and he told me what I could do on my own. He took a lot of time with me to tell me what I needed to file, what information that I needed to include, and educated me on the entire process. I had several conversations with him. I don't know of any attorney who would do that. I was able to e-file my petition, and a court hearing was granted right away! This attorney has good character, and I would encourage others to give him a shot, because not too many attorneys can be trusted. Thank you Mr. Margolis!

Garbage he studders in court and freezes up. All though when you see him on the street he doesn't. How does my brother be convicted of a battery resulting in a bodily injury with no injury? Ask him he will studders lol
