Run from this group like a gazelle trying to get away from the Lion. Debra especially. We were involved in an accident at the beginning of the year and she was highly irritated to answer simple questions and keep us in the loop. She did everything she could to work along with the other company because she was getting paid anyway. The experience would have been better if she would have simply told the truth. Also she worked very hard to keep us in the dark every step of the way. When I asked to come visit her reply was always her daughter meeting her for lunch. At the end of the day we were very disappointed and in hindsight we should have contacted attorney Ken Nuggent. When I say run, I mean run like hell.
