The lawyers and staff of Troop Law are awesome! They made a very difficult decision and process as stress free as possible. Matt Throop is amazing. He is direct, but easy to talk to. He gave me step-by-step instructions for every hurdle in the process. Shout out to Kyle for keeping me on track and always being helpful. A few years ago, I was laid off. The only bills I could manage to pay were vital household bills (phone, utilities, food, etc.) and, not only did all other bills have to go unpaid but, due to me not being able to secure employment with income closely comparable to what I had, I eventually lost my house. Fast forward to 2019, I am close to the income I once had but all of those unpaid bills came back to haunt me. I was getting more and more collection notices and started being garnished. Feeling bankruptcy was necessary, a Google search led me to Attorney Throop's and I was immediately put at ease with the initial phone call. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful, caring, and worked hard to handle my case. They all made the process very smooth and kept me informed each step of the way. I opted for the available payment plan, mainly because I didn't have to come out of pocket upfront and because each payment is reported to the credit bureaus…so my credit was already being rebuilt before my case was even discharged! There is an intense and thorough debt counseling course that is given that gives you needed tools to help prevent being in a financial bind in the future. Attorney Throop is the best! The most laid back, informative, down to earth attorney I have ever met. He even had items removed that most insist are impossible. I definitely recommend his firm and would use him again, God willing I won't have to.

By far the best attorney experience I have ever had. If you are in need of bankruptcy advice, filing a case or anything to do with debt relief, the Team here has their stuff together. The process was thoroughly explained to me and my case was very easy and efficient. Even when I had questions or did not understand a process, they were able to explain it in a way that made sense. They do have financing options available which really helps the consumer. 5 stars all around with every aspect of my case!
