The lawyer is very nice and professional. The receptionist doesn’t really doing her job! I’ve been calling just to get the paperwork that I needed from them. And it’s been three weeks, I still haven’t received any email. I’ve been calling them a few times. Every time I call, I always have the same answer that she will let the lawyer know and send it to me and not even explain why it takes too long just to get my paperwork.
He has huge knowledge and a great heart to help people even for free! He is very caring and professional in work. He gives us TRUST in his business! Vietnamese Community is very proud of lawyer Tom T. Hoàng!
