Very happy I chose Tomczak Law Group for my legal needs. Before hiring them, I had spoke with several attorneys on the phone. All of which quoted me $20,000 just to get started (more if my case went to trial), & their lack of confidence leaving me with an uneasy feeling in my stomach. Jeff was very knowledgeable & extremely experienced. He helped settle my nerves. and assured me I would be in the best hands possible. From Day One Jeff & Patty were very open about my options. They were willing to fight for me as hard as I wanted them too, and they would be there for me every step of the way, until the case was completely closed. They covered all my options and all the possible outcomes and let me decide what was best for me. Due to the Pandemic, and the fact that I live out of state, I was very hands off with my case, and the Law Group handled it very professionally. Communication was very streamlined and easy, through the secure portal they use. I was updated, by phone calls, any time there was a significant change in my case that I needed to be aware of. This law group saved me. Long story short I was in a situation to which my lawyer at the time basically swore that there was nothing to do and that I would have to take the punishment the court will order. In a last minute decision someone suggested to search for help so I found tomczak law and they literally did everything in my benefit that my previous lawyer said was impossible Not to mention the quick responsiveness with them all. Very streamlined process to hire them etc etc. Money well spent.

I hired Robert Bodach to defend me in a case in which I was being sued. I think he did a very professional job in representing me. He always kept me informed on the status of my case. He represented me in a deposition and in an arbitration hearing. I was very pleased with his efforts. He was well prepared and I highly recommend him. I would definitely hire him again.

If I could give this attorney negative stars, I would. He is only concerned with your case if it is high enough profile that it is going to grab attention for him. If you aren't high profile good luck getting a phone call or email returned, let alone a meeting to discuss your case. He doesn't come across as someone who truly cares about what happens to his client, if it doesn't benefit his career. The icing on the cake is the arrogant, better than you attitude that you get from him. Don't waste your money, or your aggravation on this "has been" lawyer. He won't do a thing to help you. There are much better options out there available. Do your research.
