Yesterday, I volunteered to assist with scheduling appointments for "Give Kids a Smile Day." To never have worked in a call center before, I was told that I did a great job. I felt good too knowing that I was giving my little bit back to our community. Both Colleen and Ann were so helpful too, for helping this rookie!
