Mr. Topek was a wonderful attorney, and he got my brother out on parole even amidst quite a complicated case. Our experience with Topek & Topek was very professional, informative and Seth was really honest of the possibilities of the what could have been the outcome. He prepared my husband and our family and when I called to ask the simplest question he took his time and answered/ explained in detail. The first time I spoke to him was for about 1 hour & 1/2, he took the time to hear our situation out when other parole attorneys did not give us hope. The most important he was honest the entire time- with that said my husband was approved for the first time on a 15 year non-agg offense and he will be home by the summer serving about 2 years.
