Tran & Associates

Fast, straight forward service. We were a little worried because we had a tight deadline and could not find a lawyer for file for a provisional patent that was going to expire soon in two weeks. We kind of panicked.nnOut of Luck, we called Tran and Associates. For a price that was lower than what was quoted with other attorneys, we signed up with Tran with blind trust in someone.nnNot only did he respond the next day with a draft of the patent, and all the claims, and he showed understanding of technology and asked few questions. We had the Patent drafted in literally two days, and had everything to go within a week. We weren't even that ready to patent it too soon, and Tran showed patience and allowed us to take our time in terms of processing. nnIn terms of communication, Tran is as good as it gets - rarely do I ever have to leave a message for Bao (he picks up the phone 95% of the time, and not a secretary!), and in the events he does not pick up the phone, he responds back with a call within an hour in 99% of those cases. That's customer service that I really don't think you can ask from anyone else. Pretty much the same story regarding emails. Bao rarely leaves you hanging on the status. nnWe added things last minute to the patent at times, and he was flexible, and sent us drafts back within the hour. Expertly knowledgeable about number of subjects, I definitely will be back when we draft out next Patent, or any other matter that Bao will be able to help us with!
