MY HOA uses them as well so far they have taken me for over 6k . Yes what they do is criminal. Just keep getting new revised Garnishment Mails. Trying to deal with them is like winning lottery.. Lucky if they reply and luckier if it is not Cryptic or hand written Itemization. I can't get a total amount owed from them which makes sense since they keep adding Bonus Charges.

WOULD BE NICE IF THEY WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE . I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH THEM SINCE LAST WEEK.

Our HOA has had a good experience with Travis Law. They do collect well on delinquent accounts and seem to be helpful with the homeowners in making payment arrangements.

Served on HOA board at time when contentious and heated HOA meetings resulted in firing of management firm and ousting of three board members. New management firm confirmed the Travis Law Firm was not well suited to continue representing us - that they had provided lackluster representation while charging costly services to protect the ousted over the course of years.

What a bunch of crooks hiding behind a law degree..I wonder one if their mom knows how they treat people and two how they sleep at night. Double charging strong arm payments- just wrong morally and ethically
