In seeking a 1st-time security clearance, and knowing that I had a few “issues” that might cause concern, I cold-called this firm and was assigned Daniel Meyer as counsel. I feel extremely fortunate that that was the case, as Dan was nothing but professional and cordial but, more importantly, very competent, having displayed a full span of knowledge on this subject. Just as importantly, Dan always made himself available on short notice. Result: clearance granted. Not only do I highly recommend him, I really like him as a person.
I do not recommend this law firm. They will promise that your case has merit just to get your money. Once you've made your payment they'll let you know they don't think you will win the the case. Well if I'm not going to win why on earth did I just pay you 10k.
Sent in a web request. Bombarded with robo calls from them at all hours multiple times daily pushing a $300 consult. Unsubscribe requests ignored. Refused to give references or anything to vet their experience. Reporting to the bar. Absolutely unprofessional.
The staff got back to me in less than an hour to schedule a consultation the very next day at a time that worked for me. The consultation was professional and honest about results and expectations. I highly recommend them.
Mr Meyer was very prompt in responsiveness and thorough in his explanations for steps being taken in my case. Had great confidence in his professionalism and hopes for a favorable outcome.
