U.S.D.H.S. C.I.S. Newark Asylum Office

My experience is horrible!!! They denied my employment authorization renewal this year in March saying our data doesn't show you have a case!!!!! I had an interview with uscis in 2021 and my case would go to court. Now the court says we haven't been served the paperwork from the newark asylum office and the newark asylum office says you don't exist!!! I have renewed my EAD 3 times!!!! I know they don't read these reviews and I'm writing just out of frustration because guess what,you can't call them because due to "pandemic" they are short staffed. Horrible......

It's a very well managed facility. More importantly the staffs there are all very friendly and very professionally, especially Meredith is an angle. There is even a small area for children with smaller seats and toys which is very thoughtful. Thank you very much for your help. May God bless you and your family.

I went with my family include 2 Kids. The Lady Officer helped me peacefully who was taking my interview. All The Staffs were so nice. We were Happy !! Result may positive or negative but they were good to us !!

I am very happy that I interviewed at Lyndhurst asylum office . They are very planed team and work hard to make us happy. I had kids with me staff members also helped me and my family. Wish you all the best for future . God bless all team members

I went to my interview and let me tell they have very professional people working there since you arrive at the office you feel confident and comfortable place the officer who interviewed me was very kind,well behaved and professional all the interview .
