U.S. Postal Service Windsor Law Office

a package delivered to me on Monday 9/9/2024 was shoved into my mailbox. I could not get it out. I had to enlist the help of a neighbor to help me pull it out? Why are these packages not brought to the front porch? I hope the postman/woman starts using common sense when delivering packages.

It’s the week before Christmas and the line was L-O-N-G when I showed up a little after 3pm. The ladies working the counter were amazing! I mailed my package, purchased my stamps and was out the door by 3:20!

Totally unacceptable. 2 packages crammed in box along with all mail that was suppose to be delivered yesterday. Too lazy to get out of vehicle? Couldn't even close door on box.

Whenever I order Amazon the mailman doesn't follow the delivery instructions which state not affiliated with business downstairs they always try to deliver it their and then it gets returned to post office why? Are they that lazy they can't do their jobs

I have informed delivery. I know what I should receive in my mailbox for each day. I have cameras on the exterior of my house that have clear sight of the mailbox. The cameras catch the mail truck simply flying right past my house MY MAIL ISN'T BEING STOLEN BY SOMEONE WALKING BY, IT'S SIMPLY NOT BEING DELIVERED Time and time again I've received other people's mail, packages, and medicine (not even from my area/subdivision). Tax information, IRS information,insurance cards, bank statements, magazines, medicine, packages are not being delivered. Hours and money wasted trying to replace what hasn't been delivered. I'm exhausted and frustrated. There is zero accountability. I have reported it and I have spoken to the postal inspector. It changes for a short time and then it restarts all over again. What other profession allows this type of incompetence?
