I've been very disappointed with my experience. After numerous attempts over several months expressing a concern shortly after my divorce was final, I received zero feedback or any interest.

Randy Velzen was professional, efficient, and caring. He made himself very available for questions and promptly answered emails and phone calls.He gave me thorough explanations so nothing was a surprise. He has my highest recommendations.

I am a small business owner and have dealt with many law firms over the years. Velzen is BY FAR the WORST firm I have EVER dealt with. I hired them to handle a SIMPLE divorce matter and for TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS I received a puppy who just rolled over in court. For this firm to show up and fight for me I was quoted TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. I was charged for every PAPERCLIP, EMAIL and probably for broken fingernails from having to reply to my emails. DO NOT hire this firm for ANY reason UNLESS you enjoy paying for office supplies!!
