First Friday virtual meetings are a great resource. As Beth Mulcahy has commented, they are good opportunities for participants to have access to a range of topical questions facing community associations. As an HOA board member, I really like the Q&A format. However, I also REALLY like the legislative update that Beth provides each month when the state legislature is in session. These legislative updates are really informative, and great to share with the community's board. I believe these sessions - in total - are valuable, and I appreciate being able to participate.

This is my third time one of these Zoom meeting education sessions presented by Beth Mulcahy. I find them incredibly helpful and informative. As a relatively new Board member for my condo HOA in Sun City West, the information presented is thorough and very useful in assisting me in understanding my responsibility and that of my board. The question and answer session at the end is also great to clarify various concerns. Thanks so much for this!

As an HOA Board member, I find First Friday Q&As with Beth and her team to be a easy way to refocus on my role and responsibilities at the start of each month. Inevitably at least one question is relevant to our HOA. Mulcahy Law Firm's Cheat Sheets also are useful and concise reference guides that I have distributed to Board members as needed. The firm's educational program is a generous public service - thanks to all involved!

I regularly attend seminars put on by Mulcahy Law Firm and find them informative and helpful. We recommend all our Board members attend, and now that they are available on zoom it makes attending so much easier. Thanks to Beth for putting so much effort into these sessions.

I've been listening to Mulcahy First Friday questions and answer sessions and their monthly lectures since I became a HOA Board Member. They are very educational, and I appreciate that they take the time to answer each and every question. One example, a board member from a different association asked about CD's. Our association had never thought about putting a portion of our money into one. We currently now invest in CD's. It's a wonderful way to learn from one another and also gain expert knowledge.
