Just wanted to put a big shout-out to Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C. Beth Mulcahy and her team are highly respected and very knowledgeable in all aspects of Community Associations. As well as, they are educators to Property Manager Companies, HOA Boards, and even to the little guy...a Home Owner! We all appreciate your expertise!
3 Years ago as a new HOA board member training was a rare event. 2 Years of twice a month complimentary opportunities to learn from the "experience and knowledge" shared by Beth Mulcahy has elevated my confidence to now serve as president. The importance and opportunity of filling the void of "what you don't know you don't know" is priceless. Thank you Beth for your selfless service to the local HOA industry. Hopefully the industry fully appreciates the value you bring to your profession.
These HOA Academy classes are vital to me in my capacity as a board member for my HOA. I have gotten great information that has made me a much better director and has greatly helped relationships in my community.
I cannot thank Beth enough for her first Friday events. She is the best and most knowledgeable HOA attorney I have ever met. Beth has saved us thousands of dollars with her answers on this forum. Thank you thank you.
Beth is a big disappointment in law. She is the biggest crook I know. Charges for services that she does NOT do. She pretends to help but in reality sucks the life out of you with no remorse. Do not use her or this firm unless you want to be treated unfair and get no justice. Se shouldn’t even have a license to practice for how unethical she truly is. She’s another crook walking around with entitlement all over her. She discriminates and racist which makes it worse. 6/11/24 responding to your tasteless response. You are an unprofessional attorney and a crook and I am just stating the facts. You should accept the truth and find work in a different profession.
