Gave their office a call 3 times today before a live person answered the phone. When one finally did, I asked for an attorney to review a will for a large family estate and the lady I spoke with was INCREDIBLY rude and dismissive. She asked if there was a dispute, to which I clearly stated there was not. I tried to provide more detail but she dismissed me entirely and said I needed a litigation attorney, not an estate attorney. Shen then told me to call back MetLife by which I was referred, tell them it’s a disputed will, then call Wade Law again and ask for the right type of lawyer. How does a serious law firm have someone like that answering their phone? I hope they record their calls because that lady should be fired. Lastly, based on additional research and reviews, it appears Wade Law is attempting to manipulate the MetLife legal services program for larger litigation fees while rendering basic estate services. I’m in no way going to be party to Wade Law gaming MetLife’s benefit program and I will be reporting my experience to their quality team.

Having our trust done was actually very easy and done in a timely manner. The packet sent to us to organize all our assets, our medical choices and heirs was easy to do and made the whole process simple. David Wade understands this and handles these problems delicately but also with the utmost professionalism. What I appreciated most about his approach was the empathy with which he responded to my concerns and experiences, while simultaneously taking a stance of logic and reason. This is an exceptionally difficult balance to strike, but Mr. Wade does it expertly. He also never disparaged the other side and was careful to stick to the facts. Resolution of my case took over 2 years and Mr. Wade was pleasant and easy to work with throughout the entire time. The end result was much more favorable than I would have expected had we not resorted to litigation. For anyone who is concerned about the execution of a trust or just has questions about their rights, I would strongly suggest contacting Wade Law Offices. It is better to have them review the specifics of your case than to wait and worry and hope that it will all work out in the end. I give them my highest recommendation because I truly can't imagine anyone else having handled our case with more tact, common sense, and competence.
