ordered a simple Hash brown breakfast bowl, told it would take 10 minutes. Came in 15 minutes later for the cook to say ohh that’s what i forgot. Mind you it’s 11:30pm with 3 people waiting and the inside it closed. So within 4 orders she got side tracked. Even then i was going to wait until the security guard told me to wait outside after they forgot my order. Requested a refund and was told to take a picture of the receipt as my copy… requested the managers number(calmly) and was given a fake number. Let’s just go ahead a close this location employees don’t want to be here.

Waffle House Needs to Do Better I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Waffle House on Elmsley Meadow. I was charged both a “To-Go Fee” and a “Service Charge” for an order I physically walked inside the restaurant to place and waited for. These extra charges totaled 20% of my order, and I wasn’t given the option to decide on a tip—these fees were simply added without explanation. What makes this even more frustrating is what I observed while waiting. Two customers dining inside paid with cash—one using a $100 bill and another with a $50 bill. The customer with the $100 bill had a total of $13 and left a $2 tip (less than 10%). Despite requiring more service while dining in, they were not subjected to additional fees like I was for a simple to-go order. When I asked the employees about this, I was told the fees are applied to all to-go orders but not to dine-in customers. This policy makes no sense—why penalize customers picking up food, who require far less attention than those dining in? These fees were not disclosed upfront, and I only realized after requesting a copy of my receipt. Had I not asked, I wouldn’t have known about these hidden charges at all. This is deceptive and unacceptable business practice. I will not be returning to any Waffle House location until this unfair policy is addressed and changed. Furthermore, I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate to demand accountability and transparency regarding these fees.

The waffle house on US 41 in Ringgold Georgia is the worst WH I've ever been to. My wife ordered the bacon, egg and cheese bowl. The hashbrowns were stone cold. My all-star breakfast hashbrowns were the same, as well as my scrambled eggs. Sent both back. My eggs were undercooked the second time they came. Disgusting. Waitress could have given two hoots and the rest of the staff were talking so loud about their personal problems it was hard to converse. Poorly run staff. To top it off was the dried food on the coffee cup handle. Somebody from corporate needs to intervene. Certainly not worth $30.

I placed my order exactly 20 mins ago. No where in inside cooking , no one is taking orders and it’s 4:39 in the am . my food was supposed to be ready 15 mins ago. You see book bags sitting in the counter but no people inside . This is the worst Waffle House I ever been too

Since your waffle houses no longer take to go orders over the phone. Then your business in a whole will never get my business as a customer ever again. No more waffle house for me ever again. If your to lazy or broke to have employees answering phones for to go orders. Then I'm scared to think what other corners your cutting with food and cleanliness. I'll never be back to any waffle house again for that reason. I'll just eat at better places that actually answer their customers call for orders.
