Everyone should file federal trade commission complaint. That way action can be taking against the company for its business practices. I have had them for around 5 years and like clockwork they charge my card even though my CC number has changed so not sure how they were able to process the payment. But i will be looking into canceling now based on all the reviews. Customer service at a business like this has to be exemplary and anything less is unacceptable especially if they can’t handle even the most mundane task. God for bid you need to use this service for a real legal issue.

Take your business elsewhere. Poor customer service. Found a better plan with another company. I sent an email to this company canceling my service. Still payment out. Called out "customer service" on their incompetence. Yesterday I received 2 pieces of mail stating my coverage will be canceled due to non-payment. Is this the outfit you want watching your back in case things go sideways? I will not mention the company I switched to, but I recommend looking up Heavy Duty Country on Youtube.

I canceled this company over 2 years ago and, like clock work, they continue to charge my credit card. Every year I file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. Dirty business practice.

If you need them they will provide you with a lawyer that works on behalf of the prosecutor. You probably could do better with a court appointed attorney because at least you would not have to pay for the court appointed lawyer.

I sent them an email, wanting to know why I can't access my level of coverage on the member site after 2 years of membership. I got the same bull crap answer this year that they gave me last year. I received an automated email full of memes, as if they think I'm in a panic or something, when I only want a simple answer to a simple question. After looking at other Google reviews, Im starting to see a picture. I consider this kind of insurance to be important, but I don't know if Lawshield is everything it was made out to be, if they can't answer simple emails.
