Brian O was my attorney. Brian communicated with me throughout the whole process. He was very thorough. I had 3 traffic tickets one being a speeding ticket and Brian got ALL 3 dismissed! Thank you so much Brian!

I came here So they can help me out with a traffic ticket The lawyer from the 1st office on the left when You walk Inside the building He told me To wait outside the building For 5 minutes I stayed 45 minutes Thinking He's going to help me I press the buttons For the 2nd time After 45 minutes of waiting He decided To ignore me And not Update me Of why hes taken so long I paid for the parking Metre For one hour So I had to Walk back to my car 2 blocks Down by the Court house To bring my car And Park it Front of their office By then It's been one hour Came back to See if he can Still help me by then Decided not to help me At all He stopped Answering The Door I pressed the button 3 times No answer Really Still unprofessional Person Waste of time Going to wallin & klarich law Very very disappointed .

I received a ticket for being in the exit lane too long. The lawyer was able to get the ticket dismissed. I didn't even have to show up in court. Service was very professional. I believe it was worth the money deducted biweekly. Would definitely recommend to someone in a similar circumstance.

Called to get help with some traffic tickets. The receptionist told me to just do what the police said and call the number. I have tried calling several times with no answer, I need help. Now the due date has passed and I have additional problems. I am new to CA and the rules here.

I Unknowingly placed myself in a tough spot, whereas I filed a police report claiming that my vehicle was stolen in an effort to get my property back from a ex-girlfriend that was in possession of it and would not return it. She was found with the vehicle and subsequently charged with possession of a stolen vehicle , however I was also in danger of being charged with filing a false police report so I sought out the advice of this firm. They convinced me that I definitely should retain there services for a fee of $1,000. After a DocuSign was completed ,I was contacted by an associate attorney and had one subsequent 44 minute “consultation” phone call. To my surprise the following morning the ex-girlfriend was released and the D.A. rejected all charges. Since there was no need for any further legal services I immediately contacted the associate attorney and let him know of the situation. All that was provided to me was one 44 minute consultation phone call so I was under the impression that I would be receiving some sort of refund of the $1000 retainer I had given just the night before , however this was not the case, it took several days of emails and phone calls for me to even get a response to see if I was going to receive any type of refund, and of course to my dismay all that I received was an email stating that I would not receive any type of refund whatsoever. So basically I was charged $1000 for a 44 minute consultation phone call.This is exactly the type of behavior and practices by so called “law firms” that creates such a public mistrust and divide and perpetuates the stigma of dishonesty and unscrupulous Individuals that call themselves “Attorney’s “ It’s just very sad to me to know that there are still people out there that continue to prey on people when they are in their most vulnerable state.Its true I did make a mistake legally, and was afraid of a dire consequence because of it,but in the end , the real mistake was retaining your law firm to represent me. You should be ashamed of yourselves.Its my opinion and advice to stay as far away from this firm as possible!
