Miller & Jacobs was the best lawyers i went to. I was in a car crash and within time they worked on my case as fast as they could get me help because i had my knee hurt bad where i had surgery and repair my knee but i will have problems in the future. but at the end Rick S. Jacobs worked as hard as his assistant Melissa who kept the case running and kept us up to date.Then at the end we fought and he won the settlement. so if i was you think twice about going somewhere else speaking from a true client.

****Warning**** STAY-AWAY FROM THIS LAW-FIRM!!!!!nToo many cases and not enough employees. Their service lacks their credibility. They say they will call you but don't (especially Melissa). My file was sitting in the cabinet collecting dust, whiles the insurance agency gave them a low ball figure. No one fights the issue until you push them too. The insurance agency played games and took them for a joke. They never pushed or complained of how the insurance agency was prolonging the case. This company will never get my business again. I'm blogging on every social media site there is so that everyone knows to stay away from this company. OMG. This is not my first injury claim, I know how things supposed to work. This law firm takes your money despite their poor performance of your case. If you use their services, be prepared to be disappointed! Lied to, wait for long periods of time, no follow ups because your case will be the one amongst several files forgotten about!! Don't believe me?
