He is the best Real Estate Lawyer around. He walked me through every step of purchasing my new home and just truely made it a wonderful experience. He also knows his stuff. On more occasions than I would like to admit he had to argue with the banks for me because the banks either had the paperwork wrong or couldnt even find it. Than the fees associated with everything were higher on the paperwork and Mr. Laface fought with the banks relentlessly to get the rates back to where the banks promised they would be! Best lawyer out there.

He wasn't helpful in transferring the contract we were in for grieving the property tax at our closing. We provided the necessary paperwork and instructions to have new owners pay the fees as they benefited from the tax reduction. Conversed with him numerous times and little result. New owner have received tax benefit and we had to pay fee for property we no longer own. I don't recommend him as an attorney to represent you in a closing
