I have worked with Louis Watson twice regarding the same matter and both times he was very professional, prompt, accommodating, and ensured to properly communicate throughout the process. If I had any questions, he did wonderful at answering at a reasonable time and making sure I understood what was going on. I loved working with him as an attorney and I would recommend him.

Don't waste your time here. This place is a joke. They don't work for you but for the people you are suing but pretend that they work for you and are doing whats in your best interest . Also, they get you the amount of money that the other company wants you to have, not what you are owed or deserve. It's all about what's the quickest dollar for them, not for you. Please look around and consider other options before selecting this place. Then there is a ridiculous 45% fee that they charge when actually they are only doing 5%-25% worth of work.

Watson & Norris, PLLC provided excellent client services. My experience with them was positive. The law firm was very responsive to my case and kept me informed about the progress. Very ethical and professional. They answered my questions, concerns and provided a prompt resolution.
