Working through the SBA loan process is painful, especially when the sellers are still working and living in the 1900s. Katherine Hunt went above and beyond her normal scope to help the seller's clear-up their UCCs so we could get our SBA loan closed to finalize the purchase of the business. Without her help I don't think we would have been able to close the deal. She is an outstanding attorney and truly cares about her clients.
