I purchased a property on July 30, 2021. When I entered the office I was greeted by a smiling face inviting me to come in. She took my info and directed me to the refreshment area. The office decor is beautiful. Then I moved onto the office. The attorney was pleasant and informative. She explained the doc before I signed. I relaxed and continued the signing process with ease. The staff were very accommodating by providing a conference room for my husband, who had a last minute work call during our closing. The attorney, Holly, was very informative, friendly and explained every single document in layman’s terms. She was personable and the entire closing went smoothly.
