This bank is fine for my purposes. I come here once a month, on the 9th or 10th, to pay my rent bill by putting a check directly into my landlord's account here. The place has a nice vibe and a pleasant atmosphere, and is pretty quiet with not much of a wait. In all the times I've come here, I have never waited more than about 5 minutes online. And that's pretty good for a bank! I know Wells Fargo has had its share of problems, but again, for what I have to do at the bank, it has always been a nice experience, and I meant to add that the tellers have always provided good customer service each time I've been here. Right now, though, their coffee maker is broken! They had one of those Keurig machines, with little packages of coffee grounds that you would put in, to make your own cup of coffee, and I always looked forward to that. But today, it was a no-go! Maybe they'll get it fixed in time for my next month's visit. I hope so!

You're greeted when you enter, and the staff will always look for ways to reduce your waiting time. The tellers are friendly, fast, and best of all remember you. nnIf you're looking for a bank, then hit this branch and see if it works for you. It works for me!
Bank agents don't know what they are doing. They made error but refused to credit fees. Very unresponsive agents there. Avoid.nContacted Executive Office for assistance.
