Horrible experience horrible customer service don’t waste your time or business with Wells Fargo, stay away from this off shore mess. Bank locally.
Would not recommend this location for depositing money as their ATM ATE my money. I made a deposit and the final tally amount was $400 short of what was put into the ATM. While the branch manager was helpful with helping me file a claim, there should not have been a need to file a claim in the first place. This is inexcusable behavior, as one of the major objectives of a bank is to protect your money, not take it. This experience left me extremely disappointed in Wells Fargo’s services.
Cheap fee
Great staff but Significantly Understaffed and doesn’t maximize all offices to assist in office customers | nice looking branch but unfortunately between the lobby host and another person working with a customer in office or phone, or paperwork , there is often a ripple effect of long wait lines in the event they get a rush which is to be expected within a dense /business district of downtown. They only allocated cash/ coins to 1 drawer which by protocol is under 1 person so if that person is not in the office they will not be able to service any cash /coin transactions.
Dont ever go !!!! 30 minutes to cash 250€ of travels cheques Or maybe was it just thé employée Luis Banuelos Ask for someone else ! Never seen that before
