For the new clients who are looking for a very good dedicated lawyer: I have been in two car accidents in 2022 and 2023. The first case was very easy to solve. Mr. Wessel was able to represent the case very conscientiously. BUT, from my point of view, the second case was very difficult, you could also say very complicated: Abroad and even with a foreign license plate: I was on the highway from Italy to Munich. At the border at the toll booth between Italy and Austria, a Polish truck backed into my car. The opposing insurance company bitched around for a long time and ultimately ONLY paid a partial amount. That was very disappointing. Mr. Wessel advised me to continue to appeal if I have legal protection. In the end, Mr. Wessel convinced me to file an appeal so that the remaining balance could be paid. After 3 months I got a surprising call from Mr. Wessel saying that the opposing insurance company would pay the remaining amount. The good thing is that Mr. Wessel got back a lot more money than expected. In this context, I would like to thank Mr. Wessel very much and also emphasize how committed Mr. Wessel was.
