I had an extremely disappointing experience with this law firm. From the very beginning, it was a total bait and switch. I was led to believe that William Peters would be representing my case, only to be stuck with his partner, Byron Miller. Byron misled me throughout the entire process, failed to communicate effectively, consistently late, and showed a complete lack of care, organization, and strategy during the trial. He spent our breaks during trial chiefing his nicotine pen and telling me I have nothing to worry about, convinced me not to testify only to give one of the most botched cross examinations/closing statements. Despite being convicted of sexual assault himself, Byron made multiple inappropriate sexual comments about the person prosecuting me. After he failed to represent me properly and I was found guilty, both he and William Peters went completely cold and provided no further assistance whatsoever. This law firm was a total waste of money and provided the worst legal representation I have ever encountered. I strongly advise against using their services, and highly recommend doing your research on this firm before signing anything or putting down any type of retainer. These guys are exactly why people don't trust lawyers. 100% fits the stereotype of a bloodsucking "law firm".

Mr. William Peters is a great attorney. He reassured me during our meeting and basically told me the case would be an easy win. He made it happen and got me the best possible outcome for my situation. Im very grateful for his work

As of now I'm still going threw my case. Mr. Peters and Mr. Callaway have shown kindness and reassurance of my pending case. They will work with you on payments. Not a good experience, idk if they are good or not,just didn't like it since the first court,i cancelled their service right away (1week), he got very upset ( only 10 hrs of work done) the public defender did more then him,plus VERY pricey , expensive. He want to keep the 75% of the retainer agreement. he send me the agreement by email after i signed BUT he only show 2 pages in person, after is when I saw 4 pages ( email) with all the details of the extra charge ( 75% etc etc). ????

Mr. Peters is a wonderful lawyer. He helped me very much, I would recommend him.
