Very straight to the point, which we appreciated. Even though we went a different avenue and didn't end up filing, he was still professional and never once was rude about wasting his time. He met with us instead because he wanted to make sure that we did what was best for us. He never pressured us. Him and His staff were very wonderful and helped out so much with all of my questions. Considering the circumstances it was nice to know that someone was there to help you thru the process and keep in the loop along the way and explain each step to you and his staff as well made the process as easy and provided on line questionnaire to fill out the paperwork, I would high recommend Bob Williams to anyone needing his services as my Pastor recommended Bob to me. He explained how to fill out the paper work to get the process started and what would take place along the way and also the meeting of the creditors.
