Worst lawyers office didn't do anything for me as they said they would. Had me in the dark threw out my case I had to do my own running around to get my disability going. I recommended people and they told me they treated then the same way. If you do get them I recommend you make sure you don't have the case manager maricela if that's how you spell it. She is unprofessional has no communication skills. I know people are busy but it shouldn't take 2 weeks to get back to your clients when they say it's 911 important.

I was so very fortunate to have Winters And Banks representing me. Lisa fought these goofballs tooth and nail to not only get me a fair settlement but help me navigate Social Security and State Disability. She also knows very well qualified physicians who care about the patients health. Yes, Workers Comp is a corrupt system. It's designed to favor the employer. Without Lisa I would have been raked over the coals. Not to mention having serious health issues and dealing with the insurance company is too stressful. I cannot say enough good things about this law firm and Lisa.

PLEASE, FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. All they want is to get a signed contract so they can put a lien on your case. THEY WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOU. They abandoned my case part way through but left me with a lien, even though they have done NOTHING. I actually heard one of Winters and Banks attorneys conspiring against me with the others parties representation. Workers comp is a corrupt system...they probably get kickbacks. Good luck speaking to an attorney! When you do get one, it's a different person every time. Unprofessional and utterly incompetent!
