Wonderful service! So pleased with the work Mr Rowekamp accomplished for me that other attorneys turned down!
This law firm helped a shady business place a lien on a whole subdivision as the HOA would not pay Greenway Painting LLC for work that was not completed. The painting company did not fulfill the contract, damaged mail boxes, left some unpainted but still went to this law firm to place a lien on all of the property owners in attempt to get the HOA to pay. I think it is very shady for a law firm to place a lien on homes with out making sure their client actual completed the work as drawn up. And also make sure they are not representing the bad guy. To me this proves that Wolnitzek, Rowekamp & Demarcus are only after money, not the facts. If you need an ambulance chaser, I am guessing they can help you out.
