Excellent experience. From the receptionist to the exceptional Diego who is my intake specialist and Atty Younessi. I am in excellent hands. Diego was very kind, courteous and professional. He listened to my situation and was able to get me sorted and in order during the phone call. The attorney asked pivotal questions other attorneys had not asked me. I was able to get an answer if they could take my case after a couple of brief holds right then and there no back and forth. It was refreshing and appreciated. They're very communicative and I'm in excellent hands. Call them for an evaluation on your work case it's definitely worth it

The term ambulance chasers comes to mind. This law firm is why people don't trust lawyers. Unless your case is easy, where they are holding the smoking gun they wont take your case. But they will take your time. Three months they were my law firm just to be told they would not take my case, Over Three months of waiting for information three months I thought I had someone advocating for me. Now I start over and tell the story over and over hopefully my memory hold up. Thanks for nothing

I do believe my experience would have been great but unfortunately I got talked to by Norma Garcia who had told me a set time she would call, never called & when I called back before the day ended she told me in a very sassy way “I have back to back appointments so I don’t know what you want me to do if I’m still not done talking to clients” I was so taken back because I simply asked about the appointment, so from there I kept getting ignored and to my surprise an email saying that this firm will no longer work with me because I still haven’t talked about the consultation. I then emailed her and told her I didn’t like the super unprofessional attitude and way to handle clients considering I was being ignored then disqualified for her ignoring me, so I asked if she can provide me with the main representative contact information and as you can image she called me not so long after, I didn’t answer and she left a voicemail saying she would be happy to help me and I’m guessing it’s because I asked for the main representative email and of course she never provided me with that email and that’s the last of it . I would’ve love to work with this firm as it was a recommendation but some employees can completely ruin a great experience what a shame.
