I am so so grateful to my friend for referring me to Zanes Law. I was a recently rear-ended after picking my daughter up from school and my car was totaled. I found a law firm on Yelp with a 5-Star review, but I didn’t get a 5-star experience. They were nice, but lazy. They offered little to no advise and rarely returned calls. I was complaining about it to a friend of mine who had work with Zane Law 2 yrs ago when she was in a similar situation. I’m now working with Corey and Kathy and couldn’t be happier. The paralegal on my case what phenomenal! I never had to go in person to the office, he called me every necessary step of the way but also took initiative on the ace work, and he listened to exactly what I was looking to get out of the experience. He was always available to me and in the times he wasn’t he made sure to make himself available at the earliest convenience. I am very grateful to have worked with them through my accident! Despite the attorney's fee being higher than other firms, I decided to work with Zanes Law because of their glowing reviews. This is my first time being represented. My attorney, Blake J., is helpful and patient. My case is ongoing, but I don't get many updates. I’ve reached out and not received a response, numerous times. I assumed I was being ignored. For example. I received a voicemail on 11/13, informing me that my attorney would be reaching out within the next week. No one has contacted me. Even though I emailed them, it’s now 12/04. According to a couple of reviews, this is common. I'm relieved to know that I'm not the only person experiencing a shortfall in communication.
