Zeb Smathers is a very reputable lawyer, whose father was an excellent attorney, as well. This was my first time ever dealing with him, and I wasnt disappointed. Very impressed. I wish there was a real rating system for lawyers with real statistics showing how effective they actually are. I would bet that Smathers and Smathers would hold the record in the entire State of NC for dragging out cases. Settled cases don't earn fees. It's a disgrace.
