Office staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Staff does not check office voicemails for messages. Older secretary who answers phone calls is completely abrasive and frequently interrupts while clients are speaking. Did not make it to the consultation, if office staff is so incompetent how could I rely that the attorney will be successful with my case? After-all, they must work as a team.
