I've had Transmission issues since I've purchased my Ford Focus in 2017. I filed a case. My case went to arbitration. David Zulkey was the arbitrator. Mr. Zulkey didn't even rule for me to receive reimbursement for $139 inspection fee or 1,000 repairs under warranty. Even though the inspector checked my vehicle and verified issue still exist, he did not rule in my favor. I should receive reimbursement at the least. In addition to repair of vehicle. Better yet, Ford should give me a different vehicle. I am highly disappointed with my experience with your firm and my outcome. David Zulkey did not do what was right during this case.
