This firm is the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with. They tell you that your account doesn’t meet the requirements for automatic payment. They said I had to call in every month to make the payment. What a lie that was. They made sure the money came right out of my account regardless. If you don’t pay them, they make sure they either put a lien on your bank account or garnish your wages. They are brutal. Just be careful with anyone dealing with them going forward.
This is a horrible, predatory company and for anyone dealing with them I recommend keeping vigilant records and getting absolutely everything in writing. Do not trust *any* deals you make with anyone over the phone. Keep written records of absolutely everything and be prepared for them to bring you to court. They are the absolute bottom of the barrel.
Not only is this company a shark in the water seeking whom it may devour, but it's nothing to them if the lady they are coming after is an elderly lady with dementia. They are more than happy not only to serve someone once but twice even though they have been told she has a POA and is not responsible for her debts. They better hope it works out with the settlement that we have secured through a third party source because otherwise all of their dirty laundry is about to be exposed in a court of law to show just what evil and unsympathetic lawyers they have going after defenseless seniors!
I've dealt with other debt collectors. This firm is a true God send. I called them, not only were they professional, but also empathetic. They will work with you with different options to get everything settled right. And a Big shout out to Aaron B. Best debt collector I've ever dealt with! He deserves a raise.
found out recently the debts not even mine an yet they are still being rude an seems like they dont care. i found out i never opened the acccount i juat assume ir was mine but turns out it was open fraudently with my info from someone who stole my identify yet they dont care they are still rude an nasty
