Working in the industry for over 20 years, I have dealt with these MORONS for years. None of their collectors or managers know what they're doing. Dealt with "Andy Rivera" today. Don't worry it's a fake name so it doesn't matter if I mention that name. He says he was a "manager". THEN got transferred to a NON MANAGER when asked for a MAIN manager...ON HOLD for 5 minutes and never spoke to "Dana Wells" They have ZERO phone skills and one of the worst collectors I have ever dealt with in over 20 years. I don't know why banks/debt buyers still use this law firm. Constantly putting us on hold and 5-10+ minute wait times to speak with anybody!! Do yourselves a favor and don't deal with them and don't send them any of your accounts! They are unexperienced MORONS and that's being nice!!

Thank you for allowing me and my family to survive. Max you gave me time. Time to catch up. I see the reviews and in my case you listened and you cared. You didn't have to however you did and I and my family could not be more grateful. Thanks Max from Glendale office.
