This is what they do; they set up a structured payment schedule, and you think everything will go just fine. For the first few months, up to six months maybe more, everything goes well with the payment. Being that they don’t have online payment abilities, you have to call in. After a certain amount of time, when you call, they will transfer you to the “correct” department… Then you will be on hold for a long time. Then, somebody will hang up on you.. Or you will wait on hold for a longer time, then someone will hang up on you. After you do this two or three times, when you go to pay, they say that Your account is in default because you haven’t paid in over 30 days. And they will try to raise the price at your pain to an outstanding amount. I will give you advice, keep track of your phone calls, and how long you are put on hold. Keep track of when they hang up on you. Just like any other sleazy organization, the Tech on the phone will tell you that he has to speak to his manager… But once confronted, all of a sudden, the manager said that they can reinstall your defaulted payment.

This is a horrible, predatory company and for anyone dealing with them I recommend keeping vigilant records and getting absolutely everything in writing. Do not trust *any* deals you make with anyone over the phone. Keep written records of absolutely everything and be prepared for them to bring you to court. They are the absolute bottom of the barrel.

Really makes no sense that i cannot submit payments online. Instead i have to call (1) number to be transferred 3 times and sit on hold in the middle of my own work day where im supposed to be making the money to pay them. It’s like they make it super inconvenient to make payments so that you eventually default. Who wants to jump through hoops to make a payment? It’s 2024! GET IT TOGETHER! CREATE AN APP OR SOMETHING!

American Express uses them to sue. I paid a settlement with Zwicker, they sued thinking I have more money than I do. Don't use Amex. Just don't.

These people are crooks DO NOT work with them! After home improvement work had been done on my parents home monthly checks for payments were being mailed out until an option for automatic payments via debit was finally available. However, abruptly and with no notification my parents account was deemed delinquent and sent off to collections with no proof that any payments were missed. DO NOT trust this firm or anyone associated with them they’re all crooks and DO. NOT in anyway shape or form have your best interest at heart if they even have hearts to begin with.
