I called this place for needing help for my immigration case, they picked the phone for the first time and asked me to explain my case and have me to send them my documents through email, which i did right away unfortunately I never heard back from them for a week, I called back multiple times and left a voice mail even to ask whether if they received my email or not but they never called back, it seems like the lady that's in the office don't want to do her job accordingly. Bad customer service and don't care about getting new business at all
