I placed an online pickup order yesterday, and it was ready for pick up by mid-afternoon. I had planned on picking it up the following day. The next day, right before I was about to head out, I got an e-mail stating my order was canceled. I thought to myself, this must be a mistake since it had been ready for pick since 2pm the day before. I decided to call the store. It just kept ringing and ringing until it hung up on me. So I called again and the same thing happened. What kind of service is this? I love academy, but come on...you can do better.
Should have known better than to look. The options seem fewer, the choices were poor and they only carry a few sizes. Amazon got new sandals to my door the next day exactly as wanted.
I placed an order online on July 3 for a pair of under armor women's shoes; they were set to arrive July 9-10. Yesterday (July 11th) I received an email they were out of stock. Academy you could have let me know a little sooner that you were out of stock. I travel for work and am only home for a short time. I learned my lesson I will not be ordering from your website again.
With more rains on the forecast. I got me Brazos steel toe men's rubber boots. Good shopping experience.
The most busiest academy and the worst. I come here constantly because it’s close the my home. They have so much staff yet 2 people on the register at the time I had 5 people in front of me and when I was called 10 people behind me. So frustrating when I was at the register I saw 4 extra people at the front. Because it is a busy academy they should have more staff on the register this all took place around 9 am. I rather go to another academy that won’t have me wait 20 min in line just to buy a few items. Also I’m the online pick up there was nobody there that was another 10 min of waiting around I ended up being in line for a total of 45 min vs a 5-10 min.
