Having never done this before, as the Executrix of an estate, I hired Lloyd Welling to handle the Probate Estate Administration to ensure that my mom’s estate was settled correctly and that all beneficiaries could count on everything being handled fairly. Lloyd made the process very easy. He was willing to always take time to fully communicate the process and to answer my questions. It gave me much comfort as an Executrix, that I could be sure that everything was done correctly and that all of the many legal requirements for handling an estate were done properly and on time. He was trustworthy and honest. His guidance and experience were invaluable and proved to make the entire process much easier and less stressful for me. Chose this firm in an online search mainly based on convenient location of their offices. Preparation of wills, etc. was handled mostly by phone and email. Lloyd was very knowledgeable and helpful through the process. We chose to visit the office to sign the documents and met Lloyd in person. The cost for his work was more than reasonable, especially compared to a much higher fee paid for a previous set of documents.
