A family member received some news regarding a case handle by Ashcraft and Gerel years ago. After initially being given a large run around, she was successfully transferred to an attorney. Said attorney promised to look into her file and reach out within a few days. This has been about a month ago. She has since called and I have called on her behalf, yet we have not heard from anyone. I can only imagine that when somone from the practice feels like caring, they are great at their job. Until then, I am not going to stress myself any longer trying to reach a company that has no interest in helping its past clients.

They have a group of attorneys and I was fortunate enough that I got one of the good ones. Terrance Davis was my attorney he does workman's comp and Disability. I knew I had a complex case and his Intake Specialist Lizbeth Herrera was very positive, worked with me every step of the way gathering all the information needed. Communication was very good with the both of them, emails were responded to quickly before the end of the day. Questions answered and explained, I was very happy with how it was all handled.

I was hit by a car last year. Mr. Gensemer represented my injury claim case. The process does take a while to settle, but worth the wait, very pleased with the compensation received! It's been a very good experience having Mr. Gensemer and his team working on my case.

Ashcraft and Gerel was horrible. Rude and incompetent. Did not provide proper representation for personal injury case. Sat on my case for 5 years. It’s a shame they don’t care about their clients. Please take your business elsewhere. Nathan Peak was the worst of the 3 attorneys I was assigned.
