I had a great experience with Anthony and the staff at Hastings & Hastings. Hopefully i am never in such an accident again, but if so, I will definitely be reaching out to them again.

Anthony C./Ciera/Hastings and Hastings recently represented me in an auto accident injury case, and the service received was nothing less than excellent. They answered all of my questions, e-mails and calls, in a timely manner. They were also extremely patient as my recovery was the priority, and soon after they were able to present my situation to multiple insurers and reach a settlement much more quickly than I had expected. I would recommend this team to anyone that has the misfortune of being in an accident.

Worked with Anthony as my attorney and Patricia as my paralegal both were so knowledgeable and communicative. The paperwork was sent out so quickly when my case closed!

Very disappointing experience ???? In my initial consultation with Anthony I asked him to be honest with me as to whether or not my case was worth pursuing - he assured me that it was. He also indicated it would be handled in a timely manner. Unfortunately none of this was how things turned out. It took nine months for my case to be fully settled with me pushing and prodding the whole way through. When we finally settled I received a little over $9k while Hastings & Hastings took their $7500 (30%). In addition, due to all their delays, I was turned over to collections by three of the six medical providers. If I have been told by Anthony in the beginning that the outcome would be so small and that it would take nine months and that I would get turned over to collections I would never put myself through the hassle of these past nine months. In addition, I would add, that never once did Anthony ask me how I was doing since my accident. I was lucky enough after being hit as a pedestrian in a crosswalk that I only ended up with two sprang ankles, numerous contusions and cuts and a wrist injury that to this day has never healed correctly. Plus I continue to suffer from PTSD. I am now trying to put this behind me but remain very disappointed and discouraged by my whole experience with Hastings & Hastings. My advice would be to not hire Hastings & Hastings unless you know upfront exactly how much money you can expect and how long it will take. Perhaps it’s better to handle a case like this on your own rather than going with an attorney who is basically only interested in their bottom line. I believe the outcome would have been the same or most likely better if I had handled this on my own. (They will most likely respond to this review by disparaging all of my claims but the truth is exactly as I have stated it)

We were rear-ended by a commercial vehicle back in December of 2022. The insurance company was difficult to work with but Hastings and Hastings was able to get everything settled for us!! Thank you!!
