As far as office buildings go, it's not bad. It's a little dated, but is getting some individual lobby makeovers. The pond outside is nicely redone, Services on side include a restaurant, bar, cafe, salon, dentistry and CPA. UPS and Fedex pickup. Next door to the post office. Limited covered parking is available. Plenty of open air lot space. Elevator required, stairwells are locked for egress only. No loading dock.
