The office workers are always very helpful when I call. My major complaint is that on multiple occasions have "lost" our payment. I always send a money order with tracking so I can verify they have it. When I've pointed that out, they've always "somehow" been able to find the payment.

I have been paying Barton Law Group for several years on old medical bills faithfully every month for the last 8 years yes 8 years because I can't afford to pay more than what I was ordered to. I've paid in to them almost $10,000.00 and still owe them $6,000.00. In July of 2022 I sent my payment out to them and by Sept 1 2022. I called to see why they hadn't cashed my check cause it hadn't cleared my bank yet. They told me they never received my payment and had filed for garnishment of my wages. I think it's funny all these years I've paid faithfully and this one time they never received my payment and I never received it back in the mail. Something sounds a little fishy to me.

The person I spoke with was quite rude from the start of the conversation but after I told her that I didn't appreciate the way she was speaking to me not her tone in which she spoke, she apologized and corrected which I appreciate it. However, I should not have to tell a secretary hour to be professional when speaking too a person calling in

I am being sued for a very small amount by a hospital which would not set up payment arrangements. I missed 1 payment in exactly a year to the law group and they immediately garnished my wayes AND charged me for service fees instead of just letting me make a double payment. After all I only had about $350 left; we're not talking thousands of dollars here! When you call good luck receiving any information. You will know more than the person who answers the phone. You better make sure you keep track of every dime you pay them!
